Come and spend the day in our award winning Herefordshire distillery. Our master distiller will give you all the training needed to distil your own personal bottle of Gin. Choose from a huge range of botanicals.
Ginventory:
- On arrival tea/coffee, or a cheeky gin
- Gin insights, the current gin climate, British Gin History and a brief overview of legal requirements to produce gin
- The process, learn one end of a still from the other
- Meet the ingredients, discuss the flavour profile you fancy and choose your ingredients, with the help and experience of our master distiller
- How to macerate, the process, ingredients and what’s involved
- Break for lunch
- Time to start distillation
- An afternoon of distillation, cutting to strength and gin tasting
Our Gin Making Experience days are for a single ginner or a gintastic duo. You will get to takeaway a 50cl bottle of your very own gin.
Vouchers are able to be redeemed from April 2021. Gin Making Experience vouchers will be valid for 12 months starting from April 2021.
